How to import Metform custom form

1. Import metform blocks (indicated by ‘Metform’ suffix in the template name)
2. Edit the page you want to include the form.
3. Hover over the Metform element, you’ll see a red edit button
   You do not have permission to view link please Log in or Register
   , click to edit
4. Select ‘New’ radio button, and give it a name.
5. Click ‘Edit form’ button.
6. Once the Metform popup editor showed up, click the ‘Add Template’ circle grey button in the canvas.
7. Select the template you have imported in step #1.
8. Once the template is loaded, click ‘Update’.
9. Done
